I think Pi Phi and TriDelt are on the same tier as of this year... But I definitely think rush 2010 will determine the difference between Kappa and Pi Phi. KKG had a bad rush 2008, but the best rush 2009 to sort of balance it out... Pi Phi didn't have as good as a rush this year, but as a whole is a top house. I think pc10 will cut the line a little more clear.
