I hoped you would google the difference between fact and opinion.Since you remain ignorant on the difference I did it for you. This was the first item in the search: A statement of FACT can be proved TRUE or FALSE. A statement of OPINION is what someone believes or thinks. There may or may not be a good reason to think this way. You can only tell a lie about a fact. Anything that you give as an opinion, if it is your opinion, it's not a lie --- it's an OPINION.
