Now I'm not in Gamma Phi, ChiO or A Phi, but even I can tell that Gamma Phi isn't the one ranking themselves up all the time. I suspect that that would be Chi O and A Phi. Also, you seem a little invested in how bad you think Gamma Phi is. You have to admit it looks a little bit suspicious.
