No top houses are the houses that most girls want during recruitment. So many girls want to be invited back to the top houses they are actually required to cut more girls than other houses and usually by the third night are required to host less parties because their return rates are so high. They're membership numbers go over house total during fall recruitment and has a snowball effect with each subsequent year. Top houses are the houses that are the most desired by the PNMs and therefore become the hardest houses to get into and it's quite competitive to get in them. That said yes they are extremely well rounded because they have their pick of girls.
