What is your problem? I said everybody was aware of the policy. If the only way you can justify being a top house is by not spring recruiting than that is very sad. You look like a rabid dog gnawing on road kill. Let It go. You don't have to post it one more time. We have read your opinion numerous times. By posting it again will not solidify your position or bring everyone to agreement. If you are not spring recruiting than get off of geeekrank and move on.
