If someone says there are houses not recruiting it's because they have well above house total because they are perceived as top houses during recruitment and every year when they take quota their numbers continue to rise higher above house total. if everybody knows it as you say they do, then it's not new news. Telling people on anonymous sites that it's for all the other made up reasons you have posted is in fact lying to PNMs. The truth is the truth. I know Theta Kappa ChiO DDD and PBP aren't recruiting on the OU campus they are above house total. If everybody knows it's houses beneath house total because they are unable to rise above house total by meeting quota or worse yet taking quota additions and still not being significantly above house total then the honest posts about spring recruitment shouldn't bother you at all.
