You need to check your facts. No house, to or otherwise, is allowed to just hand out bids any time except when Panhellenic allows it. So either they did or didn't recruit after formal fall recruitment. Nor do all top houses concentrate on OU pom or cheer girls. Almost all the houses have some. Some more than others, but many are dropped by top houses for grades and reputations. Lower houses pick them up. Sounds like you're in a lower house clinging to straws trying to make your house look good. Sorry that's harsh, I know, but this is a stupid argument and I'm tired of reading about it.
