When start out in fall recruitment with more legacies than spot you can fill then making quota will never be an issue. It is funny that top houses say they don't have to spring recruit. Of course they don't. They can just pull an old legacy card and stick it in their pile and claim "we are full". Thanks for posting your thoughts. Now it all makes sense.
