Any so called top house can make the claim they don't have to snap bid but anyone could fill a quota anywhere when you have a pile of "can't go anywhere else legacies" and they are brainwash to do as they as told. Take that pile, fill in with the friend of a friend who didn't steal a boyfriend girl pile and then add in the few minororties that have to be added and you can fill s quota pretty fast!! So making the claims of no snap bidding is stupid. Instead you should try to go after the best, brightest, and most diverse group of PNM. But watch out! They may not like a "top" house. Well then you can always go to your legacy pile and fill it up!!
