It's not difficult to get a bid from Chi O. They took girls that had been dropped by every other house at OU. Those girls were out of recruitment and had gone home. Then got a bid from Chi O. They've tried to deflect this on houses that took over quota, but anyone that knows how recruitment works knows that quota plus and snap bids are opposite each other. Anyhow, if you want a bid from Chi O, cross your fingers after you're completely released and maybe you'll get one.
