From a fraternity perspective you are probably right because Sig Ep is not a house you would be proud to show off to other schools. They would be laughed at by SEC schools. They are a top house for some reason so I would just leave it wih SAE,Lambda,FIJI,Sig Ep,Beta. And no Delt and Phi Delt winning U-sing doesn't make you a top house you are still rejects
