Gamma Phi came in 2nd in grades last spring. They had a couple of new members with lower grades. Big deal. They won 2nd in grades in the spring, 3rd in the fall, and top 5 every semester. Somebody is trying to manipulate people by suggesting that Gamma Phi had a 2.95. The actual top houses for selectivity are actually Kappa, Theta, Gamma Phi, Pi Phi, and Tri Delta. Sorry, but Chi O and Alpha Phi are much less selective.
