Unfortunately the houses below APhi and Chi O aren't in the middle at all. They have sweet girls but just are lower I'm sure it's just because they didn't come from influence or wealth and weren't cheer or Pom girls. It happens but the system works you end up a house of girls with similar backgrounds, some are just more prestigious than others.
