There is no top 5. There’s the Big 3 and the Little 3. The Big 3 are Kappa, Pi Phi, and Chi O. These are top here and they recruit solid most consistently. Everybody knows it’s top frats favorites. The Little 3 are Tri Delt, AXO, and Theta. They are “lower top/higher mid” but with a very big gap between them and the Big 3. They are controversial either with PCs, retention, or so be it and always are fighting to see who’s number 4 even though they are the same quality.
