I'm gonna have to disagree on Beta and Delt being grouped there, especially Beta's PC 10. I've met some reallyyyyy scooby guys in both of those (granted; I've met way more good than bad though). Here's my take: Top (the Houses that overall are good houses that have members who could be in any of the following like you said and in no order): Lambda SAE Sig Ep FIJI Mid (guys who could have been top but didn't care about reputation of the house and just chose the one they felt the most at home, or they didn't know the Greek System coming into OU well enough to distinguish between top and mid, or they just plain weren't good enough for a top but weren't bad enough for a bottom. Again in no order): Delt Phi Delt Sigma Chi Beta DU Bottom: The Rest Basically Rushees; all of the top 9 houses are good to great houses with different types of guys. Join the one you feel the most at home in since you will be living there. You can't go wrong with any of those 9 just avoid the bottom
