Meet new people enjoy the process. But remember this. If there were 1100 exact clones with the same excellent resume going through rush, each chapter would still only get 100 girls. You are being sorted. It is only a mutual selection for maybe 20% of PNMs. Almost everyone is cut from one chapter or another, even if they don’t realize it. Pan needs to start setting realistic expectations regarding formal recruitment instead of romanticizing the whole affair. And if you fall through the cracks, have poor grades or just didn’t get noticed it isn’t you. The process stinks. And informal rush (COB) is for you. For grade risks that is your best way to get a bid. All houses are great. Don’t let cuts make you cry. You can find your people in every chapter. Run home happy wherever you get a bid. Someone is waiting there with your name on a big sign ready to celebrate YOU.
