like I said above this is so wrong! ChiO is BARELY considered a top house. Pi Phi has struggled the past 5 years and did better last year but that doesn't fix their issues. Top houses, they are not. And to the OP, yes there are several old mid tier houses that have been on the rise for some years and these other houses can't stand it...they've dropped and others have risen. Don't listen to this stupid site.
