I completely disagree... There are snobby, mean girls in every house-- no matter the tier. There's nothing wrong with being proud of the house you're in and telling people about it when they ask. There's also nothing wrong with wearing their letters, etc.. It's not a joke. The girls who are chosen for the top sororities are stellar girls typically from influential families. It means they have connections, and if you're bitter that you aren't one of them, that's your problem. Girls in every sorority "throw out their letters like a brand," it's not a big deal. Only someone who's jealous their not in a top-tier house would be bitter about the girls who are. Instead of bashing on the people who cut you, maybe you should focus on being happier where you are and making the best of it.
