I agree. Theta falls in the same group as 4-6. In most opinions- Kappa is top and alone at the top. But XO is definitely 2! Theta, Tri Delt, AXO and Pi Phi are the next group and as the original poster said, it depends what you’re looking for. Good rank and right on description.
