They go for the pretty girls. While all houses are somewhat concerned with looks, A phis don't get the girls who are pretty and have something else. They take grade risks and the house is full of QR girls. A Phi is last in grades and retention. NMs are still dropping out. Even when their Nationals came down and cleaned house they couldn't make a difference. Basically the people who say APhi is top tier are ones who are looking at pictures only. Not at the houses the PNMs choose and not the ones who get the most quality girls. Byeeeee
