While you may be correct but I do know for a fact a girl cut kappa and theta and chose DG! So be very careful at your judgement. Not everyone wants kappa…kappa is stuck up and rude girls. Lots of genuine girls don’t wanna be in that kind of house. But yes, overall that’s likely not to happen. But with the “mid” tier and “top” tier, it does happen.
