If you knew how condescending and pretentious this sounds...and only reinforces a general stigma already in place you'd have thought twice before committing thoughts to screen. I don't know what you consider to be benchmarks of success (I could guess) but I'll offer mine: how one chooses to conduct oneself in everyday interactions with others -- in business, in family, in social groups -- this is the true measure of accomplishment. And I'll just leave that right there.
