Theta- is all about what is on your resume Pi phi- is all about connections and popularity in highschool Tri delt- is all about what is on your resume and connections, and popularity( but these were the NICE popular girls ) Chi o- is all about if you have that chi o look and vibe, idk how else to explain ( I can spot a chi o instantly just by their looks and personality ) These are the generics, and what REALLY makes a top house a top is this never ending cycle of popular girls coming from the same schools and going to the same sorority their popular highschool friends went too. It will never really change unless scandals happen , that’s just how it is. And if you are trying to get away from that popular group, or you are coming into OU not really knowing that many people PLEASE don’t get upset you didn’t get into a “top” house, there’s stupid reasons why you didn’t like the ones I listed. There are mid and lower tier houses that you can still LOVE I promise
