I've heard rumors that BYX is in the early stages of possibly getting a house for next year. One of my friends' boyfriend is in BYX (I think he's inactive though) and he basically said that he'll believe it when he sees it, and I kind of agree with that, because as I understand it, they had Pi Kapp but lost it because they had a few guys back out or something. What impact do you all think this could have on IFC if they do get a house?
