It is absolutely impossible to crown a "top house" for both fraternities and sororities. The Presidents Trophy is a pretty good indicator but that also doesnt judge to closeness of the members and things of that sort, plus even the Presidents Trophy could come down to a couple community service hours or even a couple kids GPA's. Now, on an unbiased opinion, i could attempt to label a top 3 for you, which i think i could do pretty accurately since my house is around top 6ish. Frats(In no specific order): Beta, SigEp, Lamba Sororities(in no specific order): Theta, Kappa, Tri Delt The sororities are a little harder because theres five that can really contend to being the top house.
