I'll call them out. It's the same old ones that have been doing it for the last few years - Alpha Chi and Chi O now helped by A Phi and AOPi. People at OU call these Alpha houses (along with AGD) the Alpha Tier because they're all lower houses that try to (except AGD) move themselves up in ranks. Now Chi O has joined the Alpha tier.
