Not every house who is eligible for COB right now will participate so hard to say. The houses who are eligible for Spring COB may be a little different than those for fall. Last year the houses participating changed between the two semesters. It all depends on how many numbers they lose due to transfer, graduation, study abroad etc. Maybe wait, meet girls in various houses then try again in the Spring when you will know more actives.
