Anna, Totally understand where you are coming from bc this site is terrible. My DD just finished rush & is waiting on her bid today & it was certainly scary before rush started seeing all the hate on here.(for me, lol) I was worried how her week would go if actual Greek life was like it is on here, even though she had a very strong resume & high GPA. She did know a lot of sweet girls in a few houses beforehand so I knew it wouldn't be all bad but you still worry. I can tell you she had the best week!She totally enjoyed the process & found each house to have lovely girls. She had zero tears the whole week & just really enjoyed connecting. The houses are made up of hundreds of girls. There are going to be some that just aren't the sweetest but also going to be a lot more who are just precious. You cannot judge a whole community of girls because of a a few toxic trolls on a silly website. The Greek community at OU is strong & the houses are, for the most part, supportive of each other. I hope your daughter gives it a chance because she will be missing out on partnering with strong women if not.
