The process does what it can to help girls get placed and not dropped altogether in later rounds. Also if you get dropped altogether don’t take it personally. They are only working on what they learned about you prior to round one. Rarely will a 15 minute conversation with a random member make a difference. Go to COB where they get to know you personally, and not just your resume. I know they will be excited to meet you.
