Obviously someone trying to stir up some controversy. No one would even compare these two houses. I have some friends that are Chi Os but even they would admit that they don't do well in anything anymore -- U-Sing, Scandals, Grades, President's Trophy, HOCO, etc. It's not even like they don't win. They don't even get honorable mention. I think the only one laughing is the one ranking Chi O as a top house. They probably are trying to get people to laugh at Chi O. Instead, people are laughing at Miss Crazy!
