The only people who disagree with 3 tiers are old top tier houses that have dropped. There are 3 tiers at OU and the top 2 tiers are pretty close: Theta/Kappa/XO Pi Phi/AXO/DDD/APhi GPhi/DG/AOPi/AGD Not in any order within tiers but this is pretty spot on and in my opinion the order within tiers. And the only reason I moved DDD below AXO is because of the drama associated with them. But I also can see them ahead of AXO. I’m giving credit to old mid tier houses that have really done well in the last 2 years. I’m actually in a house on the top row. Good Luck in recruitment ladies! It’s going to be an interesting year.
