It’s so hard to see houses like GPhi, DG, AOII, and AGD be put on the same “tier” when they’re all so different and have better qualities than the others. GPhi and DG always are close together but have total differences in terms of grades, girls, and social interaction. Same goes for AOII and AGD; there’s a huge gap between the two as I see AOII way more social, higher quality of girls, and social interaction as well. I always see people talking about top tier houses and kind of throw the others under the bus just because of their lack of knowledge on these “bottom” houses. Bottom houses are also very likely to swap places and ranks, be mindful of their improvements, too!
