Again there are not just 2 tiers at OU. the ONLY people saying this are the used to be top 5 houses that have dropped. Kappa and Theta are the top 2 and in a tier above everyone else. Then the next row is up for grabs. Sorry but Chi O, Tri Delt and Pi Phi are not the 3 exclusively there. There are old middle tier houses that have risen. The ONLY people on here claiming the 2 tier idea are those who have dropped. TRUTH POST!!!
