Not even close. There are 3 tiers Kappa, theta, maybe XO Pi Phi, AXO, DDD, APhi GPhi, DG, AOPi, AGD Sorry but pi phi and ddd are no longer very top. That middle tier is great and nobody should hate on being there. But it all depends on how recruitment goes this year. Several houses may move up.
