Yes, ChiO is still a top tier house, regardless of their spring rush. It will always be a desired house by PNM’s simply because of the name. As bad as it sounds, it would take A LOT for ChiO to drop to mid tier, not just because they took a little bit of spring rushers. AXO is hardly a desired house, and if it is, people would still take the real ChiO over it, lol. And take this from some in a mid tier house.
