Here is the real rank. Whoever keeps moving things around to better their house is wrong. Theta, Kappa, Tri Delt, Pi Phi XO, AXO, APhi, GPhi, DG, AOPi, AGD XO isn't on the top line...and many would put them below AXO and APhi, I am just being nice and letting them stay ahead. But it is really a tie between XO, AXO and APhi depending on what you like.
