I checked and your logic is completely faulty. There are only two houses above a 3.4 -- Theta and Gamma Phi. Even if the University calculated grades with the new members averaged in (which they do not -- not the choice of the house, by the way) Gamma Phi would still be in second place, well above the rest. Sorry to burst your bubble, but just don't mess with statistics majors!
