I know people argue Tri Delt being top 3 but problem is WHO is top 3? Because so many of the old top 5 have dropped and others have risen it is tough. Plus anyone who states that Aphi or AXO or Gphi is top 5 over some of the old top 5, people lose their ish and attack. So for now, Tri Delt gets a top 3 spot because Pi Phi and XO for sure are not in those spots and have fallen below others.
