Tri Delt, Pi Phi, Theta Kappa, A Chi O, ChiO, DG, A Phi AOpi, GPhi, AGD In my opinion, all of the "top houses" did not have the best rush this year and honestly, I do not believe that there is a top house at the moment. The top tier is probably 7 of the 11 houses, there are not 3 tiers this year.
