I'm not a pi phi or kappa, but do agree that they're the top 2 houses at OU. They both have lots of haters because they make so many cuts and most of that hate is from jealousy. I do think pi phi and kappa have some snobby girls and mean girl probs, but there are issues in every single sorority at OU. The friends that I have in both of these houses are cool
