They all require living in, but you may not have to actually live in if you don't want to. Almost all the houses have one pc at a time live in plus offices etc., at least the ones I've heard of. If there aren't enough beds for that many girls (huge classes, lots of transfers, etc.)they may allow some to live out. You can ask your chapter how they deal with it.
