I can see how you think you got a good freshman class, but if you want to move up you need to pick girls with cleaner reps, you need girls who do other things on campus besides cheer, you need girls who are in PLC, PCS, etc., and you need girls who win awards on campus. Do that for a couple of years and then check back.
