I know this is sort of a stupid question, but do all sororities and fraternities interact? I know tiers don't really matter as much as they claim to on this site, but to a certain point they do. Take homecoming for example. Is that sort of thing rotated or more of a popularity contest? (Top tier A sorority mixes primarily with top tier A fraternity)
