I'm not sure that the houses mentioned by the OP need you to praise them for "picking it up" for the last 2 or 3 years. If we agree that all the girls are quality and all the houses are quality, then no one has to "pick it up." And when you identify those that needed to do it, it just sounds hateful. For those of us in Norman, the reality is that all the houses did do well, all got quality girls, and many quality girls quit recruitment because of people like you. It's sad.
