It is sooo true that Theta cut a darling girl with tons of legacies in her fam AND a sitting sister. She is soooo much better off at the house she pledged but "behind the scenes alums" had NOTHING to do with it. It's also true that Theta rushed twins but only gave a bid to one of them.
