Good question. The love will only be obvious if people on Greek Rank, parents, and alums all make sure that the girls they love KNOW that all the houses are good and that there is no house at OU that is embarrassing to be a part of. Actives that go here know that. It's only the old people that write on here and the parents who are insecure or unknowing about recruitment who try to push their girls into a very few "top" houses.
