The "good girls" were not completely cut. Any girl with a high gpa from high school, good activities, references, and a good reputation got a bid UNLESS she dropped herself out of recruitment because she didn't like her remaining choices. No house would be allowed to (or even want to) take all the girls that choose that house after open house. So girls need to be told by their friends, their parents, and people who write on this site that they need to keep an open mind because it's unlikely that they'll get their most wanted house. Everybody says all the houses at OU are good, but the only way to make that true is if the "good girls" are distributed into all the houses.
