The girls aren’t being cut due to not enough houses. There is room for everyone. But Panhellenic needs to make changes that help with expectations. It would be nice to know how many girls were cut completely versus dropped with houses left on their schedules. Girls with under a 3.0 and no connections should be prepared for cuts. COB is better for them so people can get to know them and give them the benefit of the doubt. Unless they are rude, or come across rude bc they are shy, the odds of being cut completely are really low outside of grades. I think the girls dropping are more of an issue. And their high expectations for formal recruitment be dashed by reality.
