I'm not in a house, not going thru but I have friends who are..I'm going out of state...from what I am hearing this is 100 percent true...the historical days of top 5 are over..many of my friends are cutting what are considered top tier houses for ones you say are middle...I'm just letting you know the PNMS dont think like this at least the many I know....their moms still try to convince them of this but its not reality.
