I agree, but I don't think you should avoid a house that your heart is leading you to just because the same is happening to friends from your high school or because someone you weren't friends with in high school is in the house either. You might miss out on a house you would really love. The pledge classes are made up of over 80 girls and I have seen friends join the same house, make their own individual friends and stay friends and be very happy. Just follow YOUR heart and let your friends follow theirs. Definitely don't believe the self rankings and manipulative and deceptive posts on this site. It wasn't like this last year or the year before and it doesn't represent what OU Greek life is about. Your goal should be to join a sorority if you are given an invitation and to have an amazing college experience with the support of your sisters instead of going it alone your freshman year.
